• Dhyas Boutique reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept online payments through secure payment gateways.
• In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed for shipping.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items (refer to our Return & Refund Policy).
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. 
• No Return & Refund. 
• Exchange option available for product mismatch & Damages in product with proper parcel opening video as proof. 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 4-5 business days after confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on location.
• Delivery will be done within 12 days totally. 
• Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, etc.) are beyond our control.

6. User Account & Responsibilities

• If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.
• You agree not to share your login details or use the account for fraudulent activities.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in any suspicious activity.
